UK Contractors for Hydrodemolition Concrete Removal & Spray Concrete Application

Aquaforce (Concrete Services) Ltd specialise in concrete removal using hydrodemolition for the repair and reinforcement of concrete structures and spray concrete application. Working with clients in the civil engineering industry, both in the UK and across the world, Aquaforce is an experienced CHAS accredited contractor with a Constructionline Gold accreditation.

Our hydrodemolition service uses specialist high pressure water jet equipment and can remove concrete and other coatings, while leaving the structure undamaged and ready for repair. We’re then able to carry out repairs and reinforcement using sprayed concrete services to reinforce your structure.

Using our robotic and manual hydro demolition equipment, we can carry out concrete removal on all types of structures including bridge decks, tunnels, retaining walls, parking structures, warehouses, piers, docks and water treatment facilities. Hydrodemolition also has the benefit of being the safest method of concrete removal.

As well as the removal of concrete, we also conduct a wide range of concrete spraying operations for the strengthening and repair of concrete structures. Installed by our skilled personnel, spray concrete offers flexibility of application on complex structures and is a fast, cost-effective option that provides a strong and durable finish.

Unlike traditional methods of concrete removal, hydrodemolition is vibration free and maintains the structural integrity of underlying reinforcing steel. Using hand lances, defective concrete can easily be removed selectively using hydrodemolition methods, without effecting any unflawed concrete.
