Aquaforce Concrete Services is able to take on the management and disposal of waste water from hydro demolition operations – containing, collecting, treating and disposing of run-off water from jetting works.
Residual water from a typical hydrodemolition operation has a PH value of 11 and the water is contaminated with a high level of suspended solids. Utilising in-house Siltbuster units, Aquaforce is able to collect waste water and rectify the PH of the water to an acceptable level. The suspended solids are allowed to settle before the water is pumped into an agreed discharge point.
To enable use to offer a full turnkey package, Aquaforce owns a number of Reprotex MFD_R200 waste water recycling units within our hire fleet.
Our subsidiary AquaRecycle utilises the Reprotex water recycling units, an industry proven technology used to both, safely treat water drawn from local freshwater sources and also recycle wastewater from site processes.
The system is housed in a 20‑foot ISO container and can treat up to 200 L/min of process wastewater, enabling immediate reuse on site.
A fully automated, closed‑loop solution, it separates 5–10% solids while recycling 90–95% as clean water (filtered to <1 μm). pH levels are continuously monitored and adjusted to ensure safe, reliable operation.
Compact and easy to deploy, the containerised design allows for straightforward transport, installation and relocation across sites.
The system treats contaminated process water to a standard suitable for safe reuse or discharge, making it ideal for both high‑pressure and general construction applications. It helps maintain consistent water quality while reducing reliance on fresh water supplies.
The water recycling system reduces reliance on water tanker deliveries, lowering costs, vehicle movements and environmental impact.
Aquaforce Concrete Services operates to a ISO 14001 accredited environmental management system.
