Role overview
As a Trainee Hydro demolition Operative, you will receive comprehensive training to operate high-pressure water jetting equipment, used for concrete removal and surface preparation. You will work under the supervision of experienced professionals to develop your skills in this specialized field. This is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start your career in a growing industry with plenty of opportunities for advancement.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of hydro demolition equipment.
- Learn to safely and efficiently remove concrete using high-pressure water jetting techniques.
- Work on various projects, including bridges, tunnels, and industrial structures.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Support the team with general site duties as required.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
